As of 1 September 2024, Eldocrete has changed its name to Global Precast and entered into a joint venture with Aminto Precast to supply and manufacture precast concrete products. The success of this venture led to a formal merger of the companies on 1 January 2025. The joint business will continue to operate under the Global Precast brand and aims to be the market leader in the field of manufacture and supply of precast concrete products. By joining forces, we aim to enhance our product offerings, improve operational efficiency, and better serve the needs of our customers. This merger will enable us to leverage our collective strengths to deliver an even broader range of precast concrete solutions to the market.
